Supreme Court Dismisses Plaintiff’s Claims: ACIES Team Secures Reversals in Biopharm Patent Appeals

The Supreme People's Court dismissed all claims of the first-instance plaintiff, as attorneys from the ACIES Team secured reversals for the defendants in two appellate cases concerning the ownership of invention patent application rights in the biopharmaceutical field.
