Director Wang Chengen delivered a speech themed "Strengthen Core Competitiveness, Win through Differentiation". He emphasized that the work of the Professional Guidance Committee should focus on the law firm's revenue and scale goals, guided by the people-oriented philosophy, and systematically empower the professional development of lawyers through measures such as improving per capita revenue, reducing staff turnover, and promoting the integration of "law + technology". He pointed out that lawyers should base themselves on differentiated competition and highlight their core strengths, and put forward the "Four-Step Circular Method" accordingly: guiding lawyers to focus on professional fields, summarizing and refining successful cases, conducting effective publicity, and achieving precise customer acquisition. Director Wang Chengen further noted that outstanding cases are the most powerful tool for customer development. He also stressed that highlighting core strengths is not contradictory to expanding into new fields, and avoiding homogeneous competition does not prevent collaboration with colleagues in the same field, ultimately achieving sustainable win-win results for both lawyers and the law firm.
